Hello, everyone. I am Kate Winslet and for those who think they might not know me, I played the role of Rose in Titanic No, I realize that not everyone has seen that movie but that is the role I am most well-known for. However, I have been very blessed at the fact my career didn't stop there, in fact, it really took off after that and helped me make Academy Award history when I became the youngest actress to receive two Academy Award nominations. That was very exciting. It was lovely and very encouraging to see something I was a part of be so successful. It really deserved it for it was one of the best movies I have ever been a part of. However, I will have to say my favorite role was that of Marianne Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility She was so full of fire yet so vulnerable at the same time. It was quite inspiring for me.

As an actress, I feel I am very successful for I have been in several wonderful, wonderful projects such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Finding Neverland with the ever-handsome Johnny Depp and The Life of David Gale with the very talented Kevin Spacey. I am not going to complain about a single thing my life has brought me, which also includes two divorces and a death of a very close friend but I refuse to let those things control my life for I have what is truly important, my two children, Mia, and Joe, they are a handful but I love them more than anything in the world. They bring such joy to my life but my only regret is that I didn't give either of them a whole family. They need a father, someone they can count on to be there for them. I can't confuse them with sending each one to their biological father's house every other weekend. Mind you, I am not looking for anyone right now I mean my career is just starting to take off. I have All the King's Men, Little Children, and Romance and Cigarettes all scheduled to be released later this year, not to mention the current project I am working on, Gnomeo and Juliet and trust me, it is as strange as it sounds. I hope I did not bore you all too much with things you weren't particularly interested in but don't worry, it is almost over. Please don't hesitate to give me a call anytime you please, I find myself to be a rather friendly and down-to-earth person.
